Refunds apply to initial license purchases made through our official checkout partner, Paddle.com. To request a refund, please contact us or Paddle support with your order email or transaction number.
Once requested, refunds are processed by Paddle within 3-5 business days back to your original payment method (Credit card, Apple Pay, PayPal).
